n sale deed , there is no mention about Document number for registered POA.It says only so and so person is power agent.When I asked about it , he says sale deed was registerd based on Home loan GPOA .I don't understand how sale deed was registered based on Home loan GPOA.can I buy this flat? how to fix this issue?
