Hi,
I have planned to buy a house form X.When verifying the documents.
X has bought it from a builder Y. Sale deed was between X and Y (Construction Company MD name on it and land owners has given POA to MD of construction company).
But another person Z ( Manger of the Construction company Photograph and Thumb imp ) as signed in the sub-registar office , stating as documentation power. Thera was a document in Rs100 stamp paper ,called
"Documentation Power was given to that Z person from Y ,MD of company).
Whether this is a valid document?
