My father sold our ancestral property 20 years back and my mother also signed separately on that as guardian for me and got some money for her share. my father was a hard drunker so my relatives misused and taken sign from him. now my age is 31. my property is in tamilnadu, coimbatore. is it possible to retain the property again.
my father signed 20 years back. mother signed on same year. my father died on 1993.my mother died on 1995. now my age is 31. my grandfather and grand mother died 22 years back. i asked some lawyers in tamilnadu they said it happened 20 years back so its crossed the timelimit to put case. plz help me. is it possible to file a case.
