my friend is a orphan not having any one this world,he married a girl in 25/11/1999,hiding about her handicappedness her parents married her to him.from the day of marriage both & husband were quarelling with each other.they got 2 female childrens.in each and every quarelling,her parents were interviening and defame him in the public.it was happening upto 2010.in 2010 she left the home by taking all valuable in tha house with out giving any intimation to him(when he was out of the home).from that period onwards she was defaming him in public and in his working place.he requested her several times for conjugation.she refused.finally in mid 2012,with the help of a lawyer inviting my friend for negotiation.in which lawyer asked to write all of his property to her and to give 50% of his gross salary as long as he live by filing case in lokadalat with out divorce ( for seperate living)..my friend agreed and given 30 lakhs of his property to her after taking property they had not filed anything in lokadalat.now they are threatening him through local S.I stating that his wife lodged complaint on him for second marriage.my friend was closely moving with another girl for the last 3 years.officially they were not married and they got one female child.how can he overcome this problem.one more thing my friend told that his first wife was not allowing him for inter course during her stay with him.it may happened between them once or twice in a year.plz him with advice.
