one of my best freind has intimated that his brother-in-law is dealing with proporty and one plot is availalable for sale so including other six freind we have given the money for one plot each. his brother in law has arranged the plot from some third person on mar 2009.the third person have make the sale deed on our name. the third person has taken power of atorney from the owner. but after one year it is found that the plot was sold to some other person and sale deed was made. now he is neither returni money nor plot. after contacting my freing who has arranged this what he did he took money receipt from the trird person and said u file case against him. it seems that my freind his brother-in-law and the third person is in sync.
so please suggest what action should take to refund my money
