By the way I am a business man and doing part-time social work to make this country a better place to live . I consider myself reasonably successful and try to help those who are sufferring for no reason . Neither any woman or any cranky law is able to touch me so far .

I read your profile. I gather from it that you are a disdruntled lunatic , who for some reason has turned into a person, who imagine things and  turned into a hater of mankind, particularly women. Are you married or are you married and divorced?  Are your parents alive? Are they together or divorced? I think they are divorced in your childhood and you lived in your father's custody. Or is it that you do not know who are/were your parents? Also please tell me what is the level of your education, primary, 10th failed, 12th failed or passed, graduate and if so in what subject. Do not feel ashamed to tell facts. If you want others not to know send me a PM.

What business are you doing and what social work? With so much of hatred what social work are you doing? I feel that actually you should consult a social worker, if possible a psychiatrist.

U interested to know about my business .... We are one of the most reputed suppliers of machine tools / machining centres to different manufacturing companies / toolrooms across the country . Hv gor whole range of machiens from conventional lathes , millings to advanced numeric control machines .. Interested to buy ??? Now you tell which lawyer has employed you as a tout ??? 

Last seven comments from Mr. Sam & Dr. Ramani has no any relevance to the original problem. So I request Administration to remove from this thread, if possible.

Mr. Sam,  instead of replying me on queries I had put to you, you are engaged in unhealthy duel with Dr. Ramani. For me it is astonishing to see why other members are not commenting, reason may be the above duel. So I request you both to kindly stop here and concentrate only on the positive things.

1. Anyone can be right or wrong irrespective of s*x . Its not justified to jump to conclusions before doing proper
    investigation.

2. There are ways and means of abusing provisions of law but often at the end of the day abuser fall in her/his  
    own trap .

3. People who are not handicapped and are capable to work when demand sympathy and compensation , this is
    nothing more than a crocodile's cry .

4. Law is no-one's papa's property.

5. No one is immune from abuse , neither those people who claim to be learned lawyers or benificieries of law . 
    If you will spoil the society today then it may come back to you tomorrow and you may have to pay a double
    price . So its worth considering developing relations and a healthy society .

What is the advanced numeric control you are having for your machines.  Which variable are you controlling? Is it open loop control or closed loop control? Is it feed back control or feed forward control? How many steps are there in each loop? Do you supply controls for individual machines only or for the whole plant, say an assembly line? Do you supply PLC and DCS also?

What is your qualification? What is your position in the company? Are your supplies indigenous or imported?

I said that we should use common sense rather than look for  past judgments. Why should it make you so angry?

Mainly CNC controllers and yes we do servo drives ( closed loop control)  as well .
I myself design machine controls for SPM's which we make in-house and do the PLC programming( Ladder , functional blocks , STL etc. )  mainly on siemens S5/S7 or Omron CQM's. 

I specilise in saftey controls and do saftey audits in different manufacturing units as well and have done fair bit of work on industrial vision sysems for some pharma companies . Not much familier with DCS though , but may work on ABB Advant DCS in future as i have an enquiry in pipeline for a petrochem company in Hazira .

I have tie-up with some well known German and Japaneese companies whose product we sell or use in our projects. That's my business .

I dont want to brag about my acheivements or qualifications here and neither i want do any comparision with you . But Mate.....one thing is for sure a PHD qualification does not bring any common sense along . I found it really surprising that even after you being from a research background you did not bothered to examine or investigate further before recommending the NALAYAK LAW section 498a .

People find it difficult to digest that a women can be wrong tooo and blindly start accusing a man without even consiering any damn facts  . But the actual fact in today's scenario is that more than 98% cases filed are with oblique motives of snatching money ,showing the power or controlling unreasonably. Bloody lawyers treat any damn case as an opportunity to earn money without even bothering about the society or someone else's family life ..... The abuse has grown to such an extent that it  is way beyond the threshhold pint.

I and U may be lucky that we havent faced the abuse directly but what about the future generations or may be your son ?? Do you consider him immune ?? Fact is No one is immune and its the time for a change !

cowards become bold on internet with the false belief that law cannot catch them.  the administrator can only delete their membership and their objectinable posts but they get rebirth with the same name and with same indecency.  Sam when insulted Tezal, Tezal asked the forum how she will be protected from his hooliganism.  I copied all his abusive postings and filed a complaint before cyber crime cell, CBI head quarters, Lodhi Road, New Delhi and I am pleased to inform that they have taken cognizance of it and they told me that his postings come within the ambit of Informatin Technology Act and he has been put under scanner for his further anti social activities on internet.  Their strong suspicion is the anti social people like him will go on doing offenses of various nature on internet by changing their identities often and all those offenses will be clubbed together to prosecute him.  Later on, to prove the cyber crime cell suspicions, he repeated the same with Roshni, adv. Chandu, Dr. Ramani etc. etc. and all his objectionable postings have been sent to cyber cell.  Now, the days are not far we will see the criminal prosecution against Sam.
