Please sign/support the petition for 498-a amendment

Dear Ld members please sign/support the petition with comments  and fwd to maximum people( which will be converted into letter petition for filing in High Court) for 15-20 days ..so that maximum viewers could give support/sign in their interest with their valuable comments.(Please donot use abusive language ).
Thanking you

Thanks all 300 members for supporting the Petition, I have send the copy of petition to the relevant ministries with support/sign and comments too. After couple of days we can file the RTIApplication seeking information on their action plan( High probably we will not get)..Then next strategy to file the Letter petition before the  High court and for this I/we need the maximum support from the public/affected members. It is to inform that Hon’ble SCI in preeti gupta case has asked the Registry to send the copy of their judgment to the law commission and previous Govt has done some eye wash and constitute the Law commission in which questionaires were send to limited group of people and they recommended that it should not be made bailable as it will dilute the standards of the 498-A..However many states/individuals and respectable has made it bailable and compoundable. The intention of previous govt clearly depicts that they did not effective measures and keep waiting from the state/stakeholders for their response and kept this issue in cold box..I THEREFORE REQUEST YOU TO MAXIMUM SHARE AND OBATIN SIGNATURE/SUPPORT ON THIS PETITION WITH COMMENTS ( WHICH WE CONVERT THIS REPRESENTATION INTO LETTER PETITION) AND FILE IT BEFORE THE HIGH COURT FOR DIRECTIONS
