please let me know

is it possible to file case even after registration of the property. As the registration had been done with false documents. The documents we have with us.

Quick Summary
It is possible to file a legal case even after a property has been registered, especially if the registration was based on fraudulent documents. You can issue a legal notice and then file a civil suit in court to request the cancellation of the sale deed. This action should generally be taken within three years of the registration.
