plaintiff amending his document (exhibit) before marking

plaintiff filed death certificate when filing of plaint,
when suit comes evidence, plaintiff amending same death certificate.
is it admissible?
defendant want to object . is there any judgment relating to this

You can file objections ,the court decides it is maintainable or not.

 A death certificate has to be issued as a public record by the Registrar of Births and Deaths.  Though there may be a mistake, no one is permitted to make alterations with his hand and it should be corrected by the issuing authority.   Though a mistake may not be material still the opponents can object to the alterations as such material alterations are not permissible in law.

Death certificate once issued can not be changed. Find out how correction / amendment is effected.
