Phone seized by si

Fir registered on me ipc417 my Mobile sezied and not given any slip how can I get it

Vague query.  Why did it seize by Police and filed FIR?

You didn't mention which police station? SI can seize the mobile for forensic test to gather evidence but he should have given the receipt. Better contact a local advocate.

Inform it to court and provide bond to release it with condition whenever court orders to produce before court till suit is decided.
