Peronal loan

I got an abstrac notice from bank in personal loan case. Me jobsless from last 3 yrs. In this 3 three sometime I was paid the personal loan emi and i was also touch with the bank employees about my job issue. But after also send me notice for final settlement through abstract. Please guide me what to do ?

You cannot avoid repaying bank loan. However you can make

You cannot avoid repaying bank loan. However you can make representation before bank official about your financial condition. You may get some resolution there. All the best.

Sir i m not going to ignore it.but really me jobless from.last 3 yrs. Me in so much bad condition to survive. I dnt have any income.

Me always told them my condition but after tht also me getting a notice frm bank
