This is Sami, and my query is:
My sister in law has filed a false dowry case within a year of marriage. My family is also another victim on false 498 A case. Its been years and charge sheet is not yet submitted. What is the permanent solution to get rescue form it as we have all the genuine proof of it. They are neither ready for out of court settlement nor proceeding with case. Would anyone please suggest us If at all we give divorce to her can we have the permanent solution to close this case? They are just dragging hearing dates and my parents are suffering.
Kindly please suggest us what to do?
