Permanent lok adalat

Kya is Adalat mein antrim aadesh hetu Koi aavedan prastut Kiya Ja sakta hai agar Kiya Ja sakta hai to vah kis Dhara ke antargat Kiya Ja sakta hai

Quick Summary
This discussion explores whether interim orders can be applied for in a Permanent Lok Adalat. It confirms that applications, both oral and written, can be presented to have a case referred to the Lok Adalat. These are formed under Section 89 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, as part of Alternate Dispute Resolution mechanisms.
