I want to know whether there is any percentage of the total worjkeres employed in a manufacturing unit should be hired on permanent basis.
If so what is that percantage, Because we hire all workers on contract basis from some labour contractors and pay them the compensation weekly basis.
Now someone has raised a voice aginst this stating that there is an act of labour law that minimum percentage of workers employed should be on permanentt rolls.
Please clarify this.
if a regulae industry , contract labor only for seasonal employ only all others will fall under regular employment only.,
The person is right.
Pay the penalties and keep such person by your side.
They are good for employer.
