Perjury

Hello All ,

Respondent filed application at JFMC Court Maharashtra U/Sec 340 of Code of Criminal Procedure . Petitioner was caught with advocate Mr.Abc and police registered 497 NC

Petitioner files affaidavait in JFMC Court says Mr.Abc is her advocate and got Orders against Respondent on false affidavit . Vakalatnama of Petitioner dont have name Mr.Abc . Neither this adv was on any hearing.

Judge even after knowing all facts , when respondent filed U/Sec 340 apllication judge gave "other part to say" and after say is received judge says - U/Sec 340 application rejected . What is Respondent supposed to do NOW ???

In DV Case : Petitioner Wife was caught with an advocate Mr.Abc and police registered 497 NC against the boy .

In DV Case : Petitioner Wife after this submits false affaidavait saying advocate Mr.Abc is her lawyer in DV Case .

Vakalatnama of Petitioner dont have name Mr.Abc . Neither this adv was on any hearing.

In DV Case Respondent Husband filed application U/Sec 340 of Code of Criminal Procedure .

Judge even after knowing all facts , when respondent filed U/Sec 340 apllication judge gave "other part to say" and after say is received judge says - U/Sec 340 application rejected .

What is Respondent Husband supposed to do NOW to activate perjury ???
