One of my friend was very curious to drive motor cycle in early age so through agent he manipulated his matriculation mark sheet and increased his DOB so that he will qualify minimum age for driving.but now he understand the law and now he is afraid and he want to correct his driving license.Since he was minor at that time 17 year under influence agent he has done every thing but now at the age of 25 he is feeling guilty. his past record is clean he was not fine for any offense in motor act or any other. so please tell what are the consequences he has face. and is there any producer to re correct the driving license.
