Dear Sir/Madam
My Pay protection had been rejected on 2016 considering CTC of my previous State PSU.
I had applied for pay protection in 2013 in my present CPSE but regarding CTC none of documents asked at that time and rule was also unknown. It seems on 2016 a rule of parent/major stakeholder PSU had been adopted to reject my application, since no one asked for that rule before. In that rule also it was not mentioned that less CTC will not get pay protection. Moreover, CTC formula had been undefined, where employer contribution of EPF was not considered in CTC calculation. CTC comparison attached with my present & previous CTC
However, pay protection had been granted even though there was less CTC of employees from different CPSE. It was only verbally said that state PSU & central PSU rules were different but nowhere was mentioned at that time. Later on, it has been amended in 2019 to differentiate State PSU & Central PSU
Again, submitted representation on 2021 for pay protection to review since they provided same to other employees at same grade whose CTC was Less even me also (coming from other CPSE) and CTC formula not mentioned earlier.
After negative reply, a petition has been filled before honorable High court in december,2024 but it takes time.
Now documentary evidence has been collected that other employees of same grade from other CPSE got pay protection even though they had lower CTC than me also.
Now I want to know what to do next and shall I file petition on Central Vigilance Commission
Regards
Sanjib Dutta
