Partnership related question

Suppose there is 3 partner in any company, they share the value as 50%,30%,20% and after 4 months of the workflow, 2 of them is not working properly. So the partner which have 50% of share in the company wants to change the partnership.

Q. If the signatory is same as of 50% share member then will be able to remove/change the member?

Quick Summary
This discussion explores the possibility of changing a business partnership when two out of three partners are underperforming. The main question is whether the partner with a 50% share, who is also the signatory, can remove or change the other partners. The suggestion is that dissolving the existing partnership might be the only way to bring in new partners.
