Partnership firm

hi

Partners of a firm has a stamped partnership deed.The firm is an unregistered firm.Can the partners file a suit against other partners on the basis of stamped partnership deed in spite of the fact that the firm is unregistered?

No registration is compulsary in case you want to file any suit.
