I had a dream of buying my own land.
Now, after a lot of search I found one and the details are as follows:
Muslim family with 1 sister and 2 brothers
their father's land was partitioned among them BUT the Sister did NOT receive anything and she did not even raise an objection during the partitioning of land
she is married now
the brothers have sold many plots from their part of land. during registration of the plots, the sister was NOT present. do the sister also needs to be present and sign on the registration papers?
will it be safe to buy some plot of land from any of the brothers. is there any risk that the sister might raise an objection in future.
