Partition suit - out of court settlement

Hi,

I have filed a partition suit for my lawful share in an ancestral property. The first hearing is in two months time. Please advise the legal process involved in settling the dispute in an out of court compromise.

It will take years to get final verdict.Ragister the les pendency to all disputed property so that your right will be safeguarded.
