Dear Sir / Madam,
We ( Me and my brother ) have a property which was bought 8 years ago and we had contributed equal share. The land size is 1200 Sq.ft ( 600 each), however when we bought we did not do any partition and the deed is on both our names measuring 1200 Sq.ft. Now I am willing to sell my portion of 600 Sq.ft and have the buyer who is ready to purchase. Since my brother has recently purchased a property and now he is not in a position to take the entire 1200 Sq.ft. Hence I would like to know if we do the Partition deed with a schedule of spliting the property A to Property C and Property B....If this is done does my brother again have to do a separate registration to get the title on his name ...
My second query : Since I have my buyer who is ready to buy and I have already sent him the draft copy of my partition deed, however now he claims saying after the partition deed gets registered only then he can do his documentation to purchase the property ( Need some clarity here)
