my house has 7 parts. including2cents of pathway and vacant land. i have 5 partsin that house and i can enjoy the path way and vacant land also. the remaining 2 parts are to be shared with seven persons including me. the same pathway and vacant land can be enjoyed by the 7 persons. .to my feeling the pathway and vacant land of 2 cents should be divided by 12 so that i can get 5 plus 1= 6 .parts.=1 cent of path way and vacant land.. am i correct? other parners are saying that i will get 1 share only in the coman pathway. in all the 5 parts it is mentioned that i can enjoy the coman path way and vacant land for using well water and latrine etc.to my openion i should get 6 parts of coman path way and vacant land. since iam having 1by 7 in the balance 2 parts of our house.please clarify my shares in that house. we can have partion as per your advice. thanks.
