parking related

Hello,
I have booked an under construction apartment without car parking. There are various options for car parking like covered, mlcp, open, basement parking. I would like to book once the construction is complete and i can physically see the options.

The builder has promised that a slot of my choice will be provided but the sales agreement will now not have parking mentioned.
It is during the final sales deed, when the parking will be added before possession and price adjusted accordingly.
They will not charge me either now.

My question is will there be any complication because of the mismatch between sales agreement and final sales deed.
Can the sales deed have parking mentioned when sales agreement does not have it.

Quick Summary
A homebuyer is concerned about a mismatch between their sales agreement and the final sales deed regarding car parking for their under-construction apartment. The builder has promised a parking spot of the buyer's choice, to be included in the final sales deed, but it's not in the initial agreement. The buyer seeks advice on potential legal complications arising from this discrepancy, especially as a legal expert notes builders may not have the right to allot open or stilt parking in co-operative housing societies.

The builder has no legal right to allot or sell open or stilt parking spaces in a building being constructed for a co-operative housing society.
