Parental agricultural land partition

Hello Advocates,

                               I am AJ and my mom wants to file a suit for partition of ancestoral property which includes agricultural land, house and plot. 

We contacted a few advocates and we were made clear that we will have to file the agricultural land case in the concerned Tehsil and the case for house and plot in the District court. So, please tell me that :

1. where the case will be filed exactly ? 
2. Will this case be seperately filed in the court and Tehsil or jointly somewhere?
3. How much time it will take in total ?
4. My Mom's Brothers & father are obviously against the partition and share to the daughter and are influential people. So, can they waste lot of time in Tehsil for the Agricultural land ? as it is heard that it is easy to manage case for them in tehsil and waste time for infinite time.  So, in that case what's the option if we want to solve this mater immediately through the legal process ?
