In pahani 1986, pattadhar is raju and anubhavadhar is Karthik and is agriculture land for Sy.No.492/F3, intalangana,hanamkonda

in 2001 pahani,pattadhar is raju and is recorded as housing plot for Sy.No.492/F3, intalangana,hanamkonda

In 2007, Karthik registered us in square yards for Sy.No.492/F3, intalangana,hanamkonda

in 2019,Karthik is recorded as pattadhar for Sy.No.492/F3, intalangana,hanamkonda


1 ] is anubhavadhar Karthik is owner and can sell 

2] anubhavadhar Karthik sold us in 2007.Is this valid?

The connotation of "pahani" "pattadhar" :"anubhavadhar" "Sy"."intalangana" and "hanamkonda" used by you are local and unknown the legal parlance.

It is appropriate to consult a local prudent lawyer for appreciation of facts/ documents and professional guidance, if the facts posted are true and you feel strong to have legal advise.

Anubhavadaar is obsolute owner. so he can sell it in Telangana state. A Pahani or Adangal is a legal land related document issued by the Tahsildar. A Pahani or an Adangal contains details of the land. The contents of a Pahani/Adangal: Name of the Land Owner. Extents and Khata Number.

thanks for your reply sir but Anubhavadaar is removed from dharani/Pahani.Still Anubhavadaar can sell ?
