pagdi system rental

My father who is Original tenant expired and for 5 years now the landlord not giving receipt in name of my mother. Suppose my mother expires can landlord send eviction notice ? me , my wifeand my unmarried sister stay with mother right now. me and my sister should be joint tenants. Can there be joint tenancy ?

He cannot evict you family members . either you or our sister or both have right to stay.
