owner sold a land twice

Land owner sold a part of his land(some decimal of his land). We registered successfully. All documents, at registered time, is with us but we didn't applied for land certificate. So owner again sold our property to another one. Now we are not able to make land certificate. A broker is also involve in this. So can you suggest me something meeting.

You might of heard of police station.

Approach poilce statiion wiht a complaint.

He had a good relation with police.. Infact his relatives are in police station. So think for court but dont no in which court should i give complaint..
