Dear Members,
I am going through contested divorce with my wife asking for huge alimony and permanent settlement. My querry is:
1. I own a flat in my name purchased after marriage by bank loans , paid entirely by me. I now want to transfer it to my aged father as gift. Can I do it and how? My wife is well placed in job and is not staying in flat.
2. I have built a house in our joint name with my wife but entire expenses/ bank loans were paid for by me. What can I do to safeguard my interests in my this house? I have also taken huge loans from my brothers for this and can I mortgage this as collateral to them now?
