ow to vecate a property

how to vacate a property and how long it will take if I go to court.
tenant is not giving rent from long time.
this is old property So no rental agreement was prepared at that time..

You need to serve a legal notice and thereafter file an eviction suit. Please seek a conference with an Advocate.
