Hallo,
I was working in Dubai, and had a debt of 8000 AED on creditcard. i came for veccation last april, and because of some family problems i didn went back. now the bank says i need to pay 12,000 AED+. And i'm not working now, ans not in a state to repay it.
As its an Overseas bank debt, can they do anything legal in india..? Can i play it only when i go back to UAE? Now the recovery guys are calling to my number,my wife's number, my wife's home land phone, the office which i went for interview..etc etc.
Can anyone pls tell the options i have..?
