Contact a local advocate as to the facts of proper approvals, occupancy certificate and on NOIDA authorities laid down rules for such transfer. Never take risks to save a small amount of professional charges, if you wish to invest your hard-earned money and life-long savings in risky adventures. Also, contact the co-owners that have occupied on bonafide of the purchaser and to know whether a society was formed, or whether the bonafide of the builder are good or not.
