Order pronounced / written (speaking) order needed

Please help me

1. understand the below trial status / what does it convey in effect

CMP No.2305/2019 disposed off. counter by 19.03.2020 CMP 2305/2019 Order pronounced, in the result, this petition is dismissed and the prayer made in this shall be decided after trail. No cost

2. Whether speaking/written order is not mandatory in CMP.

3. What is the remedy for CMP dismissal.

2. Whether speaking/written order is not mandatory in CMP.

Obviously any order announced is recorded and reasoned ,you need to take certified copy of dismissal order from the court.

3. What is the remedy for CMP dismissal. Kindly enlighten me with information
You can file appeal against the dismissal or file fresh application in the same court.
