What is the case, judgment and decree, if any ? How much money /property is involved in the decree ?

What are the assets of defendant/ judgment debtor, which can be attached by the executing court ?

Where are you and judgment debtor located to find best lawyer of the station. We do not maintain directory of the lawyers practicing world wide / all India, you will have to find out, contact and engage.
