Dear Sirs,
I request you to kindly clarify the following :
A person who passed a Degree/Post Graduate Degree in the year of 2013 or before, whether the degrees are at present valid or not ? Will it be possible to join any other courses of any University or to get employment. He is holder of only SSLC and passed Open University Degree holder. What are present rules and regulations of UGC for Open University Candidates ?

1. Open University Degrees are valid, if any employer reject such a degrees then you may approach High Court for necessary directions to the employer.

If the concerned course, univ in concerned year was recognized/authorized it should be valid.
Write to univ under proper acknowledgment and ask for written reply.
