Open House Discussion on amendments required in the Telecom Consumers’ Protection and Redressal Act
The Telecom Regulatory Authority of India will hold an Open House Discussion with the stakeholders/industry representatives on February 25, 2010 to discuss amendments required in the Telecom Consumers’ Protection and Redressal of Grievances Regulations, 2007 and Direction dated 29.8.2006 on issue of docket number for customers’ complaints and termination of service. It will be held at Kautilya Hall, Hotel Samrat, Kautilya Marg, Cahnakyapuri, New Delhi.
The proposal for amendments is available on TRAI website ‘www.trai.gov.in’ under the heading ‘Regulations’.
