Wife has already filed u/s 13A about a year ago. Mediation team recommended for mutual consent divorce. Husband is killing time and dilly-dallying. If there is any ruling to help expedite the divorce proceeding for the wife, it would be helpful.
It seems like there is a SC ruling (around 4 months ago) where wife can file for one sided divorce. Is this true?

Pressurize the judge to pass exparte orders of divorce.
