Hi,
I am Santosh Jadhav, My grandfathers have 6 son and 1 daughter, Out of 6, my fathers is one of the son. My uncles was staying in village, they distributed my grandfathers propery(came from old genration) in between them and my fathers has not given any share. But my fathers sign acceptance of partition document. This is not own property of my grandfather and even my father is not got any share in it. So can I claim for my share or is there any option to claim on property with the help of my father. Now my father also want share in his father property.
