Occupancy certificate query

If in the Occupancy certificate type of structure is mentioned for 3 Wings in society as A1, A2 and B where A1 and A2 share same structure and B share a different structure and later when societies were created they were named as A,B,C wings respectively. So there is no mention of A,B, C specifically in OC but A1 structure refers to current A wing and A2 structure refers to current C wing and B structure refers to current B wing. So is the O.C. considered as valid?

Occupancy certificate refers to a document that certifies that a building adheres to the national building codes and is suitable for occupancy. It is issued by a development authority or a local government agency, such as the municipal corporation.

Therefore it is not building wise

Ok thanks for clarity. So we can basically consider it as a valid O.C.

However have you seen the OC physically and confirmed its genuineness, if you are satisfied about its genuineness then your can proceed.
