I was born in US in 1987 and arrived in India in 1987 to reside with my parents and since then for the last 25 years I have lived in India with my parents.
As on date, I have resided in Mumbai, India continuously for a period more than 365 days.
I am single and unmarried.
OCI Card was issued to me on 2009 and hence it is only 4 years since the issue of the OCI card.
Both my parents are Indian Citizens by birth, live in India, hold Indian passports and both are born after 1951.
On the MHA website I have found downloadable forms and online application forms.
I tried filing form 2 online but it was not accepted giving the reason that one of my parents should have been born before 1947.
Q 2. I am very confused as to which form am I required to file online or in hard copy and what documents am I required to append.
