Today one of our Society member has installed 2 Split AC outer unit on the edge of my balcony wall and above the window of my bedroom wall. He stay on 3rd floor and we are on 2nd floor. I have already informed to flat owner of 3rd floor and raised my objection today but he is reluctant to remove or replace the same. I have also informed to representative of our promoter.
I would like to know can anyone installed AC outer unit on balcony and bedroom wall instead of his wall? Please advise me what steps to be taken on the above mentioned matter.
