Dear all,
Please let me know the procedure of making a new property card,The issue is--- a builder has made a property card on his name ,there are totally 140 tenants,out of them 75 tenants dont want to go with the corrupt builder,Please let me know the procedure

All together contact advocate and issue legal notice to builder and do as per advice of local civil advocate who knows about it.

Under relief act ...can we restrigate the builder,as the poor tenants has given him sammati patra only,and that too many years back

U issue legal notice that all have revoked the sammati Patra and to execute fresh deed and old has cancelled.
