on 1st hearing you should present in the court and after words you can give poa to your father or near by to attend the proceedings

File divorce in foreign court. Never plan to file anything in Indian court.

Thanks everyone for providing your suggestions.. What if NRI supposed to travel back to India in few months?. Also as i mentioned before, dowry& domestic petition filed on his parents too..what steps(legal procedure) to be taken to take care of parents and himself till/after he reaches India? Swear to God, this case is false and alleged, framed as dowry & domestic violence on the person to bring him back to India.. Also, get his innocent parents suffered & locked in jail.
