Notice under consumer protection act

Can a consumer serve notice to seller himself under Consumer Protection Act? Or only through an advocate?

Quick Summary
Under the Consumer Protection Act, consumers are generally able to serve notice to sellers directly, without the mandatory involvement of a lawyer. While legal representation is not required, the consumer must clearly articulate the facts and their grievances in the notice. This allows individuals to pursue their cases independently, particularly in consumer forums which are designed to be accessible.

It's  not mandatory  that notice to anyone be issued through  lawyer, it can be issued by Consumer himself.

If the consumer is having knowledge about the legal language to issue the legal notice and has expresses the facts as well as his grivances in the notice, he can very well issue a legal notice on his own.

I agree with the experts.

It can be served by consumer.

Anywhere, any case to fight for one's own case either to send a notice or to fight in a court of a lawyer is not necessary. But you cannot fight for another unless you are a lawyer.

I  agree. What is needed is a complete appreciation of facts and be able to allege the deficiencies and breaches that have happened .The notice can be issued by the Consumer himself.
