Notice from lok adalat

Hi ,

I had mentioned to my Reliance Broadband to disconnect the service by email , yet they did not so after 5 months they have send me a lok adalat notice to pay the dues of about 1700/- , what should I do?

I do have proof of email send to them to terminate my connection completely.  Please do guide me . Thanks

Log onto TRAI guidelines on Broadband.

M/s Reliance should have disconnected within 7days.

You have email.

Show it to your able counsel specalizing in consumer matters.

Your counsel may opine to pull M/s Reliance to DCDRF.
