Notary land

Hi Everybody,

Hope you all are doing good!

That one of my Friend Purchased and enjoying the possession of a small house in Hyderabad, Telangana State based on Notarized document , now he want to get registration of his house, please suggest!

Thank you..

Quick Summary
A friend purchased a house in Hyderabad using a notarised document and now wishes to register it. While notarised documents are not legally binding for property sales in Telangana, registration requires a properly stamped and executed sale deed. It is strongly advised to consult a local lawyer to assess the specific documents and guide through the necessary legal proceedings for valid registration.

Whether the property can be sold / marketable ?

It is better to contact, consult and engage a local prudent lawyer for appreciation of facts/ documents, professional advise and necessary proceeding.

Yes, if the original seller is willing.

In any transactions where an immovable property is involved. notarized documents are not legally valid. The sale deed of the property has to be adequately stamped, executed and registered.as per the existing laws of the State.
