Not accepting consideration breach of contract

If the  seller  violates the conditions of sale agreement then the buyer can approach court with a suit for specific performance of contract under the specific reliefs act.

It is part and parcel of the terms and conditions of subject agreement to sell, which can be enforced by filing a suit for specific performance of the contract.
