Non-permanent and ready-to-move construction on agricultural land. allowed?

I belong to Madhya Pradesh. I am planning to do non-permanent residential construction on agricultural land. More specifically, I am building a shipping container home on my agricultural land. What is the legal framework around such non-permanent and ready-to-move construction? Is such type of construction allowed on agricultural land in MP?
