Non payments of property tax

If the flat of the member is assessed individually for property tax, the management has no right to stop supply of water or electricity. Even otherwise the management can not curtail water and/or power supply under amy circumstances. It is a criminal offence to curtail the supply of these essential life saving commodities. 

The water supply and electricity supply are essential services which the management of your association cannot disrupt even if the monthly maintenance is not paid. 

They can recover the dues by due process of law only and not by taking into their hands. 

The management is no where concerned with the property tax,  it is the duty of the concerned government department to deal with it as per law and rules. 

The committee of the society does not have the right to collect such a tax.

Under No circumstances the Co-operative Housing Society has rights to cut your electricity, water supply or any services provided by any Government Body
If such things are happening you can file Writ before the High Court and also seek compensation under Civil procedure Code
