Non payment sale consideration on sale of immovable property
Hi I have made sale of immovable property. but there's no agreement between seller and buyer of property since last 4 years buyer hasn't paid the a single penny. what shall I do to recover the consideration from buyer please help..
If you've sold immovable property and the buyer hasn't paid anything for four years, even if the sale is registered in their name, you may have options. One suggestion is to explore finding a new buyer for the property. However, it's important to note that a sale without a registered agreement is generally considered void.
